One of St Joseph’s most admirable qualities is compassion, which is a core value of our school. Today marks the St Joseph’s Feast Day, and we wanted to honour that by starting a very special project at our school, Random Acts of Compassion.
This will be an ongoing part of Joeys, with an aim to support our village and put our core value of Compassion into practical action.
We will have regular, ongoing Random Acts of Compassion, supporting the families, parents and community we value at St Joseph’s.
MARCH RANDOM ACT OF KINDNESS: A DESERVING DINNER
Do you know a family who deserves a break?
Do you know someone who demonstrates compassion and whose efforts you would like to acknowledge ?
If you, or someone you know, deserves a meal for the family, we would like to help, and have an UberEats voucher on offer.
HOW IT WORKS: You can confidentially nominate someone to be selected to receive a voucher for dinner, or you are welcome to nominate yourself. You don’t have to explain why, just let us know who. We will keep the chosen recipient confidential too, so they can privately enjoy a bit of a break.
Just email joeyscompassion@gmail.com with your nomination, and stay tuned for more Random Acts of Compassion.
