Finding the right holiday activity for your child can be a challenge. It can be easier when they have a friend or familiar face going to the same holiday activity, so why not check in with other parents to see what their plans are and potentially join the same program?
We’ll be honest, we haven’t tried or tested all of these activities but here are some of the most popular, plus some newcomers, for school holiday fun. This is not a comprehensive list but should give you a few ideas!

Join Motiv8sports and experience Australia’s greatest multi-sports event designed for Primary school children.
Campers are divided into age appropriate friendship groups for insane sports sessions where all points won during the day go towards their Mega Camp battle teams total score.

Coastal Environment Centre
The Coastal Environment Centre (CEC) offers a school holiday program with a difference. With a unique theme for each day, your child will learn about our natural environment through a range of fun and interesting activities.
Fun filled, action packed school holiday programs are offered during the summer, autumn, winter and spring school holidays.
This is a great opportunity for children to learn about our environment and how they can help preserve it.
The holiday program is suitable for children aged 6 (who have started school) to 12 years (unless otherwise advertised).
Programs generally run from 10am-3pm (unless otherwise noted) and cost $68.00 per child (per program). Please note – Active Kids Vouchers are not able to be accepted.
Pittwater Sports Centre – Kids Sport on the Beaches
At Pittwater Sports Centre, we are the leaders in school holiday clinics on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
Children are divided into three groups featuring age appropriate activities designed to keep kids activate, developing their creativity and exploration skills.

- Senior Program (ages 8-12 yrs)
Our state-of-the-art centre provides a safe, dry and comfortable area for kids to undertake a huge range of activities, craft, jumping castle and so much more. In the warm holidays many squeals of delight can be heard from the water slide. All activities are held on the premises with the exception of kayaking where children 8 and over can leave right from our back door for a kayaking excursion (weather permitting).
Pittwater Sports Centre provides morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea throughout the day, included in the great price of $97.00. Pittwater Sports Centre is a NUT FREE environment!
