Today we celebrated joyfully, the Assumption of our Blessed Mother Mary. The children of St Joseph's sang exquisitely, accompanied by our talented Diocesan Professional Officer, Simon Hyland.
Special acknowledgement to Ava J, who moved many to tears with her prayerful interpretation of Ave Maria, and to Luciana A for accompanying our vocalists for the Responsorial Psalm.
Also, well done to our new group of cantors, for most of whom it was their first experience at singing in front of an audience.
All of our St Joseph's students have been working hard for weeks to prepare for what was a very special and uplifting Mass and we are all extremely proud of them!
